The classic choice. Raised thread stitching on a twill backing creates a textured, premium look. Available with merrowed (raised) borders or heat-cut edges for a clean, flat finish. Ideal for logos, team crests, and brand marks with up to 8 thread colors.
Sublimation-printed patches with unlimited colors, gradients, and photographic detail. Perfect for complex artwork, photo-realistic designs, or logos with many colors that would be difficult to reproduce with thread. Finished with a protective clear coating.
Thinner threads woven tightly together produce incredibly fine detail - sharper than embroidery. Great for intricate designs, small text, and detailed logos. Woven patches lay flat and have a smooth, professional finish.
