What is the minimum order for screen printing?

Our minimum order for screen printing is 48 pieces. Screen printing is most cost-effective at higher quantities because the per-unit cost drops significantly as quantity increases. For smaller orders, we recommend DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing which has no minimums.

How long does screen printing take?

Standard turnaround for screen printing is 7-10 business days from artwork approval. We also offer rush options: 5-day, 4-day, 3-day, and 2-day rush production is available for an additional fee. Contact us for rush availability on your specific order.

How many colors can you print?

We can screen print up to 12 colors per design. Each color requires a separate screen, so designs with fewer colors are more cost-effective. For unlimited-color or photo-realistic designs, we recommend DTF printing instead.

Can you print on dark-colored shirts?

Yes, we print on both light and dark garments. For dark fabrics, we use an underbase layer of white ink beneath your design colors to ensure vibrant, opaque prints that stand out on any garment color.

What types of ink do you use?

We use high-quality plastisol inks that produce vibrant, durable prints with excellent wash resistance.

Are there setup fees for screen printing?

No, we do not charge setup fees. Screen creation, color matching, and artwork preparation are included in your per-piece pricing.
